What Would You Like to Attract into Your Life?

Today is Thursday, August 1, 2013.

The other day I was reminded by a Lightworker friend on Facebook that there has been an increase in positive, healing energy lately, and that it will continue to increase for the next few months.  This is an especially good time for all of us to take control of our lives and to manifest wonderful things in our lives.   She suggested that everyone think of three things they would like to manifest, no matter how large or small, and no matter how likely or unlikely to happen (because you never know what can happen, and if it's not even on your wish list, what makes you think it will happen?)

Another Lightworker on the web suggested that Gaia, or Mother Earth, is now vibrating at a higher level and expressing herself  in five dimensions.  It's a good time now to reconnect with the earth.  She suggests walking barefoot on the earth daily, and taking the time to watch at least one sunrise or sunset every week.

Attracting abundance starts with positive thoughts.  Each day, notice the things that you love about your environment and about the people in your life.  Enjoy and appreciate the taste of your food.  Start or go back to your Gratitude Journal and jot down each day some things that you are grateful for.  Enjoy spending time outdoors each day, even if only in your back yard.   Remember to smile more often.

Take a day or two off from the TV, the radio, the Internet, and from newspapers and magazines.  Take time to meditate each day for at least 20 minutes.

Release your attachments.  First of all, release your attachment to outcomes.  We all have things we'd rather see happen and things we'd rather no see happen, but ultimately, we will have to deal with whatever does happen.  The outcome of situations may not be to our liking, but when we realize that everything that happens is for our spiritual growth and advancement, it often seems a little easier to cope.

Release your attachments to limitations.  It may surprise you to know that you are attached to your limitations, but the vast majority of us are.  Limitations keep our expectations low so we won't be disappointed.  The problem is that when we are not living up to our potential, we will end up being miserable, anyway.  What are your limitations right now?  Health?  Money?  Time constraints?  Not perfect enough?  Not smart enough?  What would happen if you released your limitations?

So to revisit the question in the title: What would I like to attract into my life? I've got four: I would like to get my writing published.  I would like to find a special someone.  I would like to be healthy and fit.   I would like to fulfill my spiritual purpose in life.

What about you?  :-)
